I was on holiday in New York/ Jersey. We found it by accident but the owner made us so happy we found it we even went back 2 days later!

CBD and delta8 holistic medicine spot masquerading as cannabis store. It’s OK not to be a dispensary, but it’s lame to mislead shoppers about the products you’re selling. I asked multiple times when purchasing based on the signage and other reviews I saw, and was told I was wrong - that it was because I was reading the edibles labels, not the flower. The employees knew exactly what I was asking; I was explicit every time I asked. Not sure why they can’t be explicit on their end. From the owner’s response to other negative reviews, I’m sure I will be blamed for the misunderstanding (fair - I should have known when I wasn’t asked for ID) but I’m leaving this review so others know. *In response*: My review was based off what the store staff communicated. I don't think that's harsh - Google Map reviews are for physical locations. It is not a review of your website or product. I hear you on the subtle visual differences of the store, but if I ask the store reps, I don't think I should have to play detective. Their answer should be all I'd need to know. I'm bummed by your response, but hope my honest review will lead to some changes, considering I am not the first person who has had this same experience. From the positive reviews, it looks like you would still have a ton of happy customers who love your products!

This Establishment is Awesome !!! I give them a high praise for their dedication / education to customers and their knowledge on the product. I stopped in for Memorial Day weekend 2024 and the staff worker was very helpful and she was very informative to me as a first timer. Very friendly and I liked the fact they did not try and push anything on me. I was given good recommendations to what I would need followed up by the safety advice of being told consult with my doctor first. I thought that was super mindful. Great energy in this store and I give five star rating to The customer service and definitely will be returning soon. Thanks for your service "The Green Room" !!!

I have never purchased before today. My 79 year old father who has been suffering for years with arthritis has been asking for about as many years for a medical prescription card. Since he's bedbound and it's now legalized I thought okay let me check this out! Jessica was professional and thorough and healped - (ref. Dishointed)- me make some choices for him! She's great. I highly recommend this dispensary especially on a sleepy Sunday afternoon when you can ask questions and get help especially if you're like me!
