This is my spot. I’ve been a regular here since they first opened, stopping in about once every week to ten days to pick up my supply, and I can honestly say this is one of the most consistently well-run and an example businesses in the area for others to learn from. From day one, the entire team has been incredible. Kyra and Hayley are two standouts.. always welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind, but truly every single staff member deserves recognition (I just don't know everyone's names). Even the team members whose names I don’t know yet treat customers with respect and warmth every single time. There is never an attitude, never a rushed or annoyed tone, never a bad vibe. It’s consistently friendly, professional, and upbeat. They honestly make you feel like you’re part of the community rather than just another transaction. If anyone deserves a raise, it’s this crew. The owner guy even pops in from time to time and says what’s up, which adds to the neighborhood feel of the place. That leadership presence shows.. the culture here is positive, organized, and customer-focused. The store itself is always spotless - truly spick and span clean. Products are neatly shelved, well stocked, and clearly displayed. One thing I really appreciate is that their website stays updated and accurate compared to other dispensaries in the area. If something shows in stock online, it’s actually there. That level of organization makes a big difference when you’re a regular. I’ve actually kept count - I’ve personally referred about 20–25 friends here over the past two years, and every one of them (including me) has stopped buying from anywhere else. I have not purchased from another dispensary since Theo opened. That kind of loyalty only happens when a business consistently delivers quality, service, and trust. Pricing is fair and competitive, and they consistently run solid holiday deals and specials. The hours are convenient, the vibe is relaxed but professional, FANTASTIC music, and the entire experience feels smooth from start to finish every time. Theo Cannabis sets the bar high for what a dispensary experience should be. Friendly staff, clean environment, reliable inventory, and great energy. I’ll continue coming back -- and recommending it to anyone who asks. If the opportunity arises, I would love to invest my time and funds in this business instead of being just a regular customer to a single location.

I’ve been a customer for a while and my experiences have consistently been positive. The staff(especially Haley) is friendly, helpful, and transparent. Some recent reviews don’t align with what I’ve personally experienced, so I encourage people to visit themselves and decide firsthand as it looks like they might have not read some policy’s or possibly fake reviews from competitors!

I went into Theo with a friend of mine for the first time the other day and I couldn’t believe how nice it was! The displays were awesome and the staff were so friendly and knowledgeable!! Bethina was amazing and helped us find everything we were looking for. Her patience and knowledge far exceeded my expectations based on my past experiences with dispensaries, not to mention the product selection was very impressive. There were tons of products to choose from. Definitely stop by Theo Dispensary if you’re in the area and looking for great dispensary!

This dispensary is top-tier every time. Clean, organized, great products and the staff really cares. Haley deserves a special shoutout for being incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She made perfect recommendations and made the experience feel relaxed and personal. 10/10 service! I saw other reviews talking them up and I had to check them out! Been coming here since! The bad reviews seem inaccurate or maybe self inflicted because none of me or my family has experienced a bad time here!

this place is AWESOME! staff is incredibly welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable about their products. They made it super easy to find what I was looking for! Will be coming back soon!!
