Bought a cart from them that did not work. Didn't even get one hit from the cart. When i brought it back in i was told i could only get 50% off a new cart of the same brand or 30% off a different brand. I didn't even get to use my cart and now have to pay for another one. So incredibly disappointed with the company. I had to spend more money and lost $50, due a product failure on their part. Will not be returning here. Serves faulty products then want you to spend more money to replace a broken device. Absolutely disappointed with the way they handled this situation. Would not recommend coming here. Spend your money elsewhere at places that have better customer service
Silverleaf staff is friendly and knowledgeable, product selection is great, and prices are fair. They have frequent sales/promotions, and a nice rewards program. Today I had a slight issue, which was entirely MY error, by Sanhil graciously rectified it for me without hesitation. It was definitely service above and beyond!

I love this place. Super close to my house, always friendly and they ALWAYS have good vibes. I love that the budtenders here can read the room too and are not too pushy, yet extremely helpful & kind if needed. There is a very big selection of products, with different price ranges, and consistent deals. (Many dispensaries just have higher prices, and when they lower it they are really just matching their competitors price.) I love that you can see the clearance rack too from the customer POV, as they always have amazing deals. I don't see this in many shops. Check this place out, definitely one of my favorite shops at the moment. Great hours too, they were even open on Thanksgiving. Keep up the great work guys, I appreciate you forreal.
