I DROVE FROM CLEVELAND, OH & ARRIVED AT 3:20PM AND THEY WERE CLOSED SNOW STILL IN PARKING LOT WITH NO TRACKS!! CALL FIRST BEFORE GOING TO THIS STORE!!!! WENT TO ANOTHER LOCATION (TEKONSHA) & THEY WERE VERY NICE & SAID THEY SHOULD NOT BE CLOSED
Would be great if you would update your website to show products. It’s been down for a month or more now. I’m not coming to your store just to be let down by the selection
The guy that helped us was super friendly. They had a great deal for new customers.
It was my first time in and right off the bat the budtender, Mike, was standoffish and rude to say the least. The manager, Krystal, was no help to situation and overall was an awful experience. I would not recommend anyone go here and will never return myself.
I had the best experience here! The staff is so friendly & kind. I also want to say the girl at the front desk with the red hair has great customer service. She answered all my questions and helped me out when i called and picked up my order. They did a great job hiring their staff. I’ve been going here for the past year & the staff they have now is excellent. The products I get are also amazing. Make sure u get the bogo $30 OZ deal!!!
