So I come to this dispensary ALL THE TIME. And I have previously already left a good review but I am very disheartened with what happened last week. So last week about 2-3 days after the snow storm, I went to exotics to shop. Upon pulling in I saw a 70 something year old woman stuck at the entrance and young man helping her. When I realized she was stuck, I parked my car and got out to help her as well. Her tires were spinning on nothing but ice And she was trying to push her car up a hill in 10 degree weather. Me and the young man spent about 30 minutes using the other end of our car brushes to try to break up ice in front of her tires, push her car up a hill on a sheet of ice and get her back onto the road while realizing there had not been one stone of salt laid down, no plowing at all, and no one there to assist people getting stuck. When me and the man came in the shop I asked to speak to the owner or manager because the young man and I were visually sweating after helping this woman and I knew she wouldn't be the last. I wanted to know when something was going to be done about that parking lot because anything could have happened to that old lady, me or the young man. I was told that the owner was unconcerned because he doesn't live in this area. I asked to speak with him and they said he wasn't there and hadn't been in days and they have been telling him about the parking lot with no change. Then they said they would call him and leave him my name and number so he could call me back or at least give me and that young man something for what we endured in the parking lot, which never happened. The ladies were very nice and wished they could have given us something because it was a lot. I just think if you own a business you take care of both the inside and the outside and don't leave your customers to have to do it and then don't even apologize or reach out in any way. I'm just disheartened. The weed is good, the staff is good but after this, I don't know about the integrity of the owner.

First time customer and bought $50 worth of carts. They were all full priced and the lady at the counter wouldnt give the student discount that their website said I could get. She took a quick look at the receipt and said none of my items qualified for the discount. I didnt even get a chance to show her my school ID because she was rushing to get me out even though I was literally the only person in line for a pick up. Didn't realize the discount doesn't apply to purchasing carts🙄 Was just stopping by because I was in the area after class,not my usual dispo. Won't return.

Love this place. I worked with Laila and Chris while visiting the area and they really looked out for me! Whenever Im in the area I will only come here to shop. I was able to bring my dog in and the whole staff was so good with him. Even Thunder told me to give you all 5 Barks! I absolutely love it here!

Very friendly, kind everytime and always has good deals and cheapest in this area they also price match with their provided system. Highly highly recommend. If you want good and affordable, no matter where you go stop here at least once and tell them your new. They'll give you a nice rundown of prices and listings but a definite stop at least once. Anna was the best bud tender I’ve ever had. She was completely knowledgeable about literally every product in the store! Not only did she handle my orders, but she took calls and handled people while being a literal encyclopedia at the same time. Amazing. And the shop has more variety than I’ve seen in a while. THREE cases of bud. This is my new spot.
