We had an awesome experience here. We were in the area and just visiting, the folks here were super kind and gave us some really helpful suggestions on what to buy and also what to do in the area. I really appreciate the time they spent with us.
10/10 experience. First time in lovely people immediately, I make my purchase and leave, however upon leaving my purchase was defective. I returned five minutes later and the friendly staff learned about the defect, they tested the item to confirm its defect and was replaced absolutely hassle free. The girl at the front desk even had a wonderful conversation with me while I waited. Overall the selection was amazing, the staff were friendly and the building was clean. If you’re a first timer or just need a new place in general this should be it! Thank you to the staff once again!
Huge shout out to Colin and Planet 59 management. Have been a very regular customer and purchased something that I had major issues with the other day. Upon calling in the morning Colin said he would make everything right. When I got there today Colin not only made everything right and replaced my purchase he made an amazing recommendation that tasted phenomenal, and being something I wouldn't of considered buying im super happy with how flavorful and terpy it is. Budtenders are top notch! We went for black friday and we are so happy w our purchases. The tender directed us to all item sales. My wife filled the shopping cart and the tender kept me informed of the total price. We both really enjoyed our experience here. Thanks guys!!!
PLANET 59 in Waterford has all the best DEALS! Walking in I was immediately greeted and informed of all deals and specials going on. One of them was my favorite banned edibles the Sweet Chili NEW FLAVOR being on sale. I love the Potcorn by Banned for a good movie snack. Alec, and Jake really helped me by making sure my order was correct and filled with potent products! Thank you Planet 59! I’ll be back for the Halloween party on the 25th of October
