I could go on and on about the top tier customer service these employees embody. The vibe received when you walk in is like you’re walking into a home of a good friend. I mostly order online and pick up in store, and yet everyone is shouting “hey Olivia” like a welcome from a long time friend. I don’t have to shop in store too often but the couple times I have I’ve felt well advised and well taken care of. I don’t go to any other dispensaries and with the energy I get from the people here at Lume, I won’t be going anywhere else anytime soon.
Usually really good customer service and products. However I called earlier and asked for a specific product before I drove in and was told yes we have it. I get there and the same guy I talked to on the phone says we don't have that a half hour later smh. Complete waste of time . Good thing the place down the road had it and they gained a new client
Great place and great product. They have all sorts of rewards if you sign up to be a member and they give you a free product on your birthday also which is nice! Been shopping here for years and I like them!!!

I’m so terrible with names so I hope I get it right, Chet I believe helped us today. While we appreciate everyone there (haven’t had a single bad experience yet) Chet provides outstanding service, can’t beat it. Goes above and beyond, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He’s a keeper for sure, if he isn’t management y’all are crazy 🤪 Great experience for a reasonable price.
