From a long time customer, it's really disappointing see the direct Choice is headed in. This whole staff change and change in how things are ran is completely awful. (The two girls from the original staff are amazing still, love them.) However, the rest of the new staff including management needs to be fired or retrained. The staff scheduled for 11/23/2025 need to be let go. The purposeful tactic of making people wait for a full lobby so it looks like the place is packed is not good business. The other people I was in there with and myself waited about 30 minutes and still hadn't been seen yet. That's when people started ordering pick up orders in the parking lot because the wait inside was too long. So that's when they let pick up orders start going ahead of those that had waited 30 minutes or more. When confronted about this, Tyler was completely unprofessional and condescending. Instead of listening or doing something to fix the problem, he went on to tell us how "he is the best manager in the state and no one can out sell him. He was voted best seller in Michigan." I've also never seen a manager sit in a chair the entire time while an entire lobby is full and the only 2 people you've scheduled to work, are taking their time too. You have to realized that some people are in there because they use cannabis as medicine. Waiting 30-45 minutes for someone to grab a bag of edibles is just incompetence. Out of all the years I've been going here, whoever is running it now, it's the worst it's ever been. Especially with the amount of new dispos popping up around Jackson, the more it's ran like this, the more customers you'll lose. Sad, but the truth.

Tiny but MIGHTY! This dispensary offers a wide variety of some of Michigan's best brands. They run awesome deals new and returning customers. The staff is friendly and inviting. Always love my visits to Choice!

Choice cannabis in Jackson is one of the homes to my favorite Banned edibles. Kara and the receptionist really made me feel welcome during my visit and always have deals running every week!
