Another great visit to Lume last Friday! Great service, so fast, it is always peaceful in there so you can communicate clearly and ask questions. I love shopping at Lume! I drive from downriver to Berkley, or other Lume locations, because the service and products are so awesome.
I was overly excited to visit this dispensary. Once I arrived I was threw off by the elevator, lol but that was funny. The two that greeted me at the door were great, but as far as my bud tender, he seemed so disinterested in me. As a first time, Customer, I am naturally always excited to visit dispensaries. granted, this dispensary did not meet any of my pricing standers, I was still going to make a purchase. By time the Bud tender took my order… He just seemed like I was a bother lol sorry about my small purchase bud guy. I promise you I will not visit this dispensary again however I do appreciate their services.
Just saw them sell a senior citizen a bong with a missing stem, admit they had not checked the package before selling it to him and refuse to replace it. They told him he could go buy the missing piece at a smoke shop down the street! The poor gentleman was too polite to put up a fight. This is no way to treat the elderly! I will never return!
My first time at Lume, and what a great experience!! I ordered on line, some items were gifts, and some for me. The person at the desk when I walked in was super friendly, and she signed me up for the loyalty program. Also said because it was my first visit, that I would get free gifts. The gummies I had ordered ended up being free!! And she said my next order of gummies will also be free!! Amazing customer service!! I have found my dispensary!! Thank you Lume!!
