This was thefirst dispensary we ever went to, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It is now our favorite dispensary and every time we come back to Provincetown, (which is several times a year) we make sure to visit and pick up a little treat for ourselves. The staff is very knowledgeable, always super friendly, and always makes us feel welcome. We had so many questions our first time and they took time to answere them explain the products and help us choose products that would serve our needs. The shop itself is very comfortable and pleasant to be in. We cannot recommend this place enough. Special thanks to Jules who helped me out this time around.
It was my first time in Provincetown and my first visit to Haven. Didn’t know what to expect, as each store and state had different customer experiences. Haven was warm (it was very cold out), and John invited me into the store. He was so helpful after I told him what type feeling/moods I was hoping for. I’m also not a smoker or vaper, so I primarily interested in edibles. John was a delight to work with to find the 3 moods I was looking for. Next time I’m back in Ptown, I will definitely be back at Haven hopefully John will be there to help me!
John was AMAZING! So knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. This is a wonderful shop, we found something perfect for each of us. Great prices too!!
In Provincetown for a weekend trip and stopped in for something to calm my dog for the 5 1/2 hour ride back home. Pascal was great! Told him what I was looking for and he was able to show me exactly what I needed. And assured me that it works great because he uses it for his dog. And of course had to get something for myself for the stay for the rest of the weekend. Will definitely be back next time we are in town.
We visited Haven in P-Town today. John was the sweetest, most professional and helpful person!! He made our day! Prices and selection were great along with ease of ordering, friendly staff and welcoming/serene environment. Thank you!!!
