Fantastic experience with Owen and his team over at Hennep! Was able to grab some really great priced pre rolls. Looking forward to stopping in soon
Went in to grab a gift card, waited in a HUGE line just to get up to the counter and be told by the ONE person there that I couldn't get one since the manager wasnt on site??! Super irritating waste of my time, I won't be coming back. Don't sell gift cards if people can't get them unless a special person is there. Put up a sign or something so people don't waste their time at this place.
As a local i think hennep has an amazing selection and a great space, but they are severely understaffed and it's made obvious during your in-store experiences. incredible people with lots of knowledge but with one single person handling the door, filling orders, and meticulously doing transactions it feels chaotic and can lead to feeling like you’re an inconvenience as a customer at times
Very friendly service and great prices, I've never been disappointed at Hennepp. I've gone there every time I'm in PTown and it's always been a great experience. Highly recommend checking it out if you are in the area.
I have shopped at every dispensary in Provincetown and Hennep by far the best! Amazing customer service and the best product selection in town. They recently expanded their dispensary and the space is much larger now. They have a section for quick checkouts / online order pickups and another section if you want to take your time browsing products without any stress. No lines and no waiting at all. One of the best dispensary experiences I’ve ever had. I highly recommend Hennep if you’re visiting ptown!
