Change of names brought more products, cheaper pricing, and more frequent specials! Same great faces and amazing staff. Make sure to sign up for their loyalty program too. The only store to visit in Pittsfield!!! 100% recommend !!!!
I absolutely love this place. I’ve also shopped at their Millbury location, and you can tell they genuinely take pride in customer service and community involvement. They host fun events, give back locally, and the staff has always been welcoming and helpful. As a frequent customer, I really appreciate the tax-included pricing—it’s transparent and you truly pay what you see at checkout. I also love the loyalty program and the added savings through their VIP program, which i know they are working on to launch at their new location in the near future. Change can make people hesitant, but my experiences with Perpetual have been consistently positive. Highly recommend. Side Note: Some of the negative claims don’t match what I’ve personally experienced here.
We have a good assortment of dispensaries in pittsfield but my go to is Bloom Brothers. Everyone is dedicated to making sure you leave satisfied and I love how they aren't pushy and take extra time to help you learn about products you're new to. If you haven't been here yet, your missing out
The staff are all knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. They immediately took away any uncertainty I had about to what to get. The product they recommended was great!
I have been a few times both in an out,drive through is always PLUS! Customer service has been great!everyone has been friendly and welcoming. On my last visit I opened a cart that had been leaking I brought back the original package a cart an explained to them.they agreed and sent me on my way with a new cart. ****i would recommend and I have not been paid for this review.
