Great pot, Best products, Cartridges NEVER gum up (which is a real problem in winter) - I drive 1hr40mins here for those reasons, but also the prices are the best, the people are the best and the store moves quickly when it’s busy. I love this place so much and wish they could teach other places to be better (like in the state of NY, it’s not great here).

Some strains like D Sailor and Mandarin Cookies are alright sometimes, when ive gotten it. But in the recent years it seems that there production has gone down even more in quality. My reason for saying that? Ive realized there weed grinds up nice but i can tell that its not properly cured at all because i got a batch of london jelly that was tested and packaged only 3 months prior and the nugs were rock hard over dry and had the consistancy of fish food when ground up, to the point id finish packing my bowl for my normal beaker bong and id stand the bong up and then see 85% of the weed in my bowl now falling out of my bowl. I can very much see its not sticky or fluffy how it should be in actual proper cured and stored cannabis. Also had no terp content and had a very gross taste.And ive had good london jelly phenos. That shouldnt be 120$ for a oz on medical for product like that im sorry but im just being honest. You guys need to rethink your whole op because no one other than people who dont know what good cannabis is will buy from here. And your missing out on a huge line of customers that actually know there cannabis. Gonna give this place a break and go to other places for now. :(

Consistently disappointing. Only come here as a last resort. Their cartridges ALWAYS gum up within a few hits. The people behind the counter are unhelpful at best. The location is... Maybe decent. I asked which cartridges are flavored or sugary. She said all of them. Not true or even a thing you should think is true. I tried it again by asking which ones had a natural or herbal flavor. She said all of them. Riiiight... Ok. Whatever. I'll just make my own choices. Just wanted to avoid the sickly, sweet tastes. Thanks for nothing. Last time I go here. Good thing these cartridges suck anyway. If this is the closest place to you AND you are on foot, maaayyyybe it's worth it to go here. There are so many other places around though. All of them stock better products. All of them have better workers by far. Very disappointing place. Again, this should only be a last resort if nowhere else is available.

I've been going to Berkshire roots for years now! The entire staff their treats me like extended family, I love them there! From what I hear I guess they think I'm pretty slay too! I recommend Berkshire roots to anyone anytime! Always a five star rating.

It's about two and a half hours drive from where I live and is worth the road trip. If you live in upstate NY(Central )or are close to Massachusetts definitely give it a try. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and will answer any question you have. They produce their own products right on site and also sell other brands. You will find nothing but 🔥 🔥 and quality in every category no matter what you're interested in from flowers, edibles, vapes, etc..
