First time trying ECP. The people that work there are great very friendly and helpful. Definitely Could use some more lights outside because I thought they were closed. Lighting is key for better safety ,But a great experience nonetheless. Definitely recommended good deals.
I'm writing this review after I bought from them at 10:30 PM. The man who let me in and the woman cashier were both chill. Their in house flower is absolutely incredible, and it's cheap even compared to nearby places in Holyoke and Northampton. I highly highly recommend this place. Looking forward to hitting this place up more and more!
Loved my tirst experience even came back tor accessories, thank you to SI for the amazing help and thank you to the new manager on the floor she did amazing as well at introducing us to her new store! I loved every second of it ❤️❤️

I absolutely adore the staff! and the prices are also pretty good but there are a few things this place needs! the options for medical are few and far between no carts no ounces so more variety would be amazing especially for medical! and then that god awful smell when u walk in it takes ur breath away in the worst way possible! it truly gives me a headache i couldn’t imagine the staff smelling that all day can’t be good for the overall health of all the workers! someone should definitely get that situated
