I’m not sure what y’all got going on over there, but the prices? Way higher than the other dispos around. The store looked clean and all that, I’ll give you that. But the staff definitely need more training, and management gotta be more present. The manager on duty was straight up rude and brushed me off like I wasn’t even there. Honestly, I’m disappointed. I heard mad good things too, so this just wasn’t it.
Excellent staff! Naydiene was amazing! She walked me through all the questions I had and she had some great suggestions for me. And they have a good rewards system. And specials this Saturday! I even bought some THC alkaline water 💧

Great vibes and atmosphere. I was tended to quickly and staff wasn't pushy on any type of upsell of any kind. I liked the tv menus with each TV showing what product was on sale. Signed me up for loyalty points. Great for when I visit Holyoke. Even better there's a Dazed dispensary in the city. So I have options. Needless to say I'm glad cannabis is legal and places like this are in business looking out for the people.
