I come to Mello all the time usually just picking up an online and 9/10 Terence is the one to help! He’s always kind, friendly and overall an awesome vibe, and that’s just from the normally short time we interact. Except for the snow last week n me getting paid about 3 mins before you shutdown delivery, and it got BAD out n I couldn't get my delivery AND I GIVE THT 5 ⭐'z too cuz you guys watched out for Harold(so sorry if there other drivers I only get him lol)and yr employees well being which is AMAZEBALLZ on another level BUT those are the ONLY bad things I can say, I wish I could say that I was as good a person as you but tht would be a lie lol THANK YOU u guys are the only ones in my area u give updates I could go on n on and I've only been here 5 years but you guys where my very 1st dispo too. Lydia is my girl! I came in not having an idea on what I wanted. I trusted her and asked her to pick her favorite items. We had a blast choosing, and she was very honest with me throughout the whole process. I always get excited to see her because I know I'm going to get the best of the best, not just what is popular!

They were very patient with me, they took their time answering all my questions they confirmed that what I had picked out was appropriate given my circumstances the delivery was exceptional.
