CNA Stores - Haverhill MA - Recreational Dispensary

Unfortunately this was a really poor first impression. When I walked in they told me it was cash only due to the machine being down, and that I had to use the next doors barbershop ATM which cost me and extra $3. This wouldn’t have bothered me but I had put a mobile order in before had saying I was going to use debit, they atleast should have updated the website or prevented me from putting this in. (It’s also weird that they don’t have an atm since most dispensaries do) then when I walked in I followed the signs where it told me to go for mobile orders. I looked around and there was zero customers and all of the cashiers were on there phones not paying attention, so I approached the white women with glasses and asked her how her days going. She didn’t respond to my question and looked up from her phone with an annoyed face and told me “next time to wait to be called up.” Customer service doesn’t really matter to me (I just want good weed lol) but compared to all of the other dispensaries, this one made me feel like I was a bother, where as every other place feels over the top nice and welcoming. Lastly, when I got in the car I noticed the receipt said all sales are final, no returns, well that sucks if you got a dysfunctional cart because then you lost +40.

I was treated like shit when I parked and waited for a spot. Three workers banged on my window and acted tough flashing their badge. I wasn’t impeding traffic in my parking spot that is a spot it was not in the road one bit. They have a huge parking lot that could have spaces in the middle if they drew the lines. The woman that I’ve seen for years takes pictures of my car and says I’m banned. I spend a lot of money here when I visit and I no longer want to put my time and money into this place. I flipped her off because she acted crazy for actual no reason. I always disliked the attitude here and they really proved it now.

I stopped in as a quick stop on my errands and didn’t think I’d change my regular store but I might have been sold in one trip. The staff was amazing, the selection was great. Not to mention one of the best looking dispos I’ve been to; spacious so no cramped lines, organized so you knew just where to go, and good vibes/ immaculate atmosphere

The staff is wonderful. Store is large and welcoming. And most of all the grows and the farms that give CNA some of the best inventory out there. I love CNA. And I’m so happy that they now offer the 4 gram baller jar of concentrates. Just amazing.

Recommend to visit when in the area off exit 107 on i495 go straight and CNA store will be after deslerships on your right! Happy 420
