Just started coming here and so far everybody has been nice and the prices have been very fair if not on the lower end of the scale compared to most places in Massachusetts. I used to think Botera had the cheapest prices but it would seem Neta is on par with them. Today being my second time stopping in, I must say that the black gentleman that scans your ID at the door was extremely friendly and kind, along with providing good banter for the 30 second interaction you have with him. Most importantly, I would like to highlight Sandy. She was an absolute pleasure. Extremely friendly, very kind, and she actually has genuine interest in providing you as a cannabis user exceptional service. I wanted to give her a tip. I asked her if there was a tip jar. I asked if I could leave a tip. The answer unfortunately was no but she said you could always review us and I promised her. I would definitely leave a glowing review with her name on it because she deserves it! Sandy is top notch
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The dispensary is clean and organized. I love the NETA application and the loyalty points program. Plenty of parking. I would recommend this dispensary to any one purchasing recreationally or medically.
When you are purchasing $200 of new products. It's always nice to bring back a $17 defective product and be told that they are not sure if you are telling the truth...I showed them it wasn't working. Amazing work there by management. Way to gaslight and make people feel like crap for buying your defective products. I have had to return about 6 carts over the last 2 years. Sales associates have told me other customers have had to return carts for the same exact issue. Why use underhanded comments to demean the customer for wanting a working product? This pushes me away from neta. They need to read up on 93A. An official apology might be the correct action for your company to strive for, instead of just thanking people for positive reviews.
I was skeptical at first, but after trying the Wavez Pineapple Express — wow! These are fantastic. The flavor really pops with pineapple and citrus notes, and the smoke is super smooth. The effects hit quickly and felt very upbeat and energizing without being overwhelming. Perfect for a daytime boost or creative focus. They burnt perfect white ash and had a beautiful resin ring. I'll definitely be back for more and to try other flavors. Thanks for the fantastic experience, NETA!
I purchased a few Cali-Blaze infused pre-rolls from NETA and was excited to try a new product. As soon as I got home and opened the tubes, I noticed the smell was weird, unpleasant, and off-putting. I took a dry hit from the pre-roll, and it tasted like wet cardboard. I hesitantly tried to smoke one, and it made a strange sizzling and crackling noise. It also tasted terrible and was harsher than any infused pre-roll I’ve ever had before. After a couple of hits, I simply couldn’t take it anymore and threw them all in the trash. I guess that's what a floor scrap and trim pre roll tastes like. “Infused”? Yeah — infused with regret. Hard pass on these ever again. I can’t believe NETA would sell such a terrible product to their customers.
