Botera Franklin - Recreational Cannabis Dispensary

Extremely rude older lady at the register. Ive come here for years and won’t be back after the last experience. Card reader took 66 dollars from my account and instead of looking into it or helping at all I got an awful attitude. Days later having to dispute the charge with my bank after walking out with no product, and I can’t imagine I’ll ever want to deal with this place again. Also the only dispensary that has a consistent issue double charging the $3.50 card fee.

I'm a frequent shopper at Botera Franklin. I also shop their other locations in Brockton and Taunton. Most of the staff at all three locations are friendly and helpful. But at the Franklin location there is one bud tender who is a real standout. Kelli is helpful and knowledgeable about the products and has pointed out great deals. She always greats you warmly and gives you a good feeling about just being there to make your purchase. She gives you a smile and you leave with a smile.

Kelly is an great budtender! She's friendly, knowledgeable, and makes good recommendations. You can tell she truly care about helping customers. My go to place, for all things- for the last few years, since finding out about Botera. This place is the best, they are quick, friendly, and priced right. LOVE the staff, KELLY and Heather are the best! You could not ask or get better service, help and always a good laugh. A quick errand is now my favorite place to stop in and see some of the best people around and pickup some goodies! Thank you to the Botera staff you guys are the best!
