amazing helpful staff, didn’t have my online order up and had to pick a different strain and they comped me the $1 difference on the strain I purchased! Been a regular for a few months now, affordable, quality cannabis and I’ve tried every single dispensary in the city. Way to go Flanagan and Cosmo you’re doing it the right way !!

Don't ever order from this place unless you want to spend over $10 in random fees for a $15 product. Their online service to track your order does not work either. I had to go to the place after monitoring my online order for over 2 hours to see if my confirmed order would text my number as the website instructed. Edit - It still has not updated and I already stopped by in person 5 hours ago and got the product that I ordered by requesting it at the desk.(Final order price was listed as $15.50 online while I paid a little over $27 in person) They obviously cannot manage the business online. Big mistake I made in my first time going there. I'm sticking with any other dispensary for future purchases. Only dispensary that I have ever been to in my life that did not have an online pre order ready after hours of waiting. Also I remember getting better quality bud as a teen in high school and paying less.
I’ve gone to a lot of dispensaries and I’ve smoked a lot of bud and I will tell you one thing this place has some of the top of the line stuff that actually is good. It actually is separate than all the other dispensaries I’ve been to their product. The high-end stuff is unbelievable. It’s like smoking heavy Back in the day when you had the white rhino and the purple haze it’s that type of high it’s it’s so different. They’re high on stuff. I suggest you try it.
