Nicole in management... ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Chin as well! Great great great customer service! They have patience. Take the time and treat you like you are welcomed within their establishment. I did forget to grab my budtenders name, she was great as well. Good product, good selection. Over all 5/5.
I had such a great experience at Northeast Alternatives today. Nancy was absolutely amazing. She was extremely personable, happy, positive, and funny, which made the whole visit feel really welcoming and comfortable. I usually shop at a different medical dispensary, but after the experience I just had here, I’ll definitely be coming back more often. Nancy truly made the overall experience a 10/10! great customer service like that makes all the difference!

Back again with another review because I love this place so much lol. I also had to show up for my girl Aly! She is seriously the sweetest!!!! so kind, welcoming, and just an absolute gem. This was my second time having her as my budtender and she’s always so chill and easy to talk to. She makes the whole experience feel comfortable and stress-free. Give this girl her flowers! 10/10 experience would recommend!
