Im not sure her name , but yesterday the blond woman at the front desk for IDs was super helpful in setting me up with aura rewards. Even as other customers came in she was kind enough to ask me if I minded to let a few by which she then did.. If you could remind me of her name for next time I go in during your comment that would be appreciated !

Aura doesn’t know how to cure flower correctly so all their house strains have a musty basement undertone and taste bad when smoked even though the nugs look good. Or maybe there’s a mold/mildew infestation in the grow room? Lots of people on r/bostontrees say the same thing about Aura flower so it’s not just me. I wanted to like this brand but they have a major issue with their grow they will probably never acknowledge since they care more about profit than customer/patient health.

I have only been once, not a busy store. When the budtenders charge more money than the online total, I can understand why the place is not busy. Cash transaction, 36 dollars online receipt, 42 dollars cash charged by person behind counter. That 6 bucks lost any future business from me.

Went to Aura for the first time, Samantha was Great,Outstanding. Helping me out went above& beyond (excellent). I noticed that my flower purchase the description of the strength, of terpens was not the same number when I first ordered on line in strength, what was advertised what I got was almost half. Which is the reason I made this purchase in the first place, on top of it also came with the higher than normal price tag for a eighth. So I called back & questioned it& I just dealt with a rude, disruptive,unprofessional individual , that has no business in customer service.Spineless, hung up on me, and all I asked was to possibly to add points to my account, I was more than fair and reasonable about this issue, he acted like he had to use his own money to give me a refund out of his own pocket ,It's all good. The market is flooded & you ain't doing me any favors. I won't be coming here again, I will tell everybody as well not to come here terrible customer service I dealt with.

Got some strawnana @ Elevated Roots Halifax. Bought it in the suggestion of the woman who was working the pop up table. She made my hubby a great hat and was a sweetheart. Forgot to get her name, but she was fabulous! great product and great service!
