Colton, the manager at Rise Dispensary, was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure everything with my preorder was handled smoothly and made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming. I was honestly shocked that my doctor didn’t push my eligibility through to One Stop, which meant I wasn’t technically eligible for medical pay. Even with that situation, Colton still took the time to help me out and made sure I was able to receive my medical benefits. That level of care and dedication to customers is rare and really appreciated. Jay, who helped me with my purchase, was also fantastic. She was easy to work with, friendly, and made the entire transaction smooth from start to finish. Overall, the team there made what could have been a frustrating situation into a really positive experience. Huge thanks to Colton and Jay for the outstanding service! 👏🌟

came in for my regular goodies and J.J. helped me out with my pre-order! they were so kind and funny and I was in and out incredibly fast! thank you J.J. for your assistance and kindness! as for rise in general, they have been the only dispensary ive been to between hagerstown and Bethesda and the selection is fantastic. I cant speak to flower, but their edible and vape selection is great and they run sales often to make it more affordable!

On January 20, 2026 I was helped by Sandy. See this is important because I suffer from bad anxiety and have never felt comfortable enough to ask for help at Rise because of how busy they can be. Sandy made me feel comfortable. This person was so easy to talk to. Answering all my questions and just such a calm and easy person. This employee deserves recognition. Thank you for being so helpful, easy to talk to and taking your time to care for my needs Sandy 5 stars all the way .

Second time here and had sandy! Awesome person/budtender overall! I recommend her for sure but especially if you knew and trying to figure out what you like and works for you! She will break everything down for you and explain it to you! She basically builds a profile for you! She is the only person I wanna see when I go there!
