I don’t even know where to start! Jonathan and Justin are just absolutely top notch guys and super helpful especially with educating guests. I had some questions this morning with my order and Justin walked me through and gave fantastic recommendations, it didn’t feel like he was being pushy and trying to make a sale, and he didn’t get annoyed with my questions. These recommendations from the staff are important to me because I have chronic back pain from multiple spinal surgeries, and have hardware as a result. My first visit at this store awhile ago I asked about two different brands of products, Curio Wellness and Exotic Elevations. They didn’t carry them at the time, but they sure do now!! I was so happy about that and specifically went in today just for those brands! Shout out to the whole entire crew here for being so friendly and welcoming! Everything about this shop is just all around good energy, professional and a calm atmosphere. And I love the fact that the music has been ZZ Top and Metallica my last two visits here, I felt right at home. And the prices are super affordable and they have a huge selection on the different deals and promotions they have. The Valentine's Day Box and bundle package are absolutely genius! Oh! And the App is super user friendly. 💗💗💗

S/O to Savy she was amazing. it was my first time coming into KOAN and she didn’t disappoint! she was very welcoming and helped with finding goodie’s with in my budget. Anne was very cool and professional appreciate it her as well she also helped out with my purchase as well. Bianca was so nice and down to earth and was with Savy helping me choose something that was right for me. All 3 of these ladies were a well put together team and i loved it. Definitely will be coming back.

My tire blew at 3AM, sadly I was still here by the time the store opened up at 9AM, and all the way up until currently, it's 5:20PM now. I just wanted to say that everyone made me feel so welcome and they went out of their way to try and help me. I did not catch everyones names, but I specifically wanted to thank Megan and another young man as they went above and beyond to try and help. It restored my faith in humanity. Everyone was so hospitable, and kind. After finally getting my situation resolved, I decided to check out the place & I grabbed myself some much needed pre-rolls, especially after my long and stressful night.. it was well over-due. There was a sweet girl with black & blonde short hair who welcomed me inside, and helped me tour through the place. She was lovely and made it very clear and simple on what to do, since it was my first time EVER buying from any dispensary. I tried to log my account onto the plaid app - unfortunately the Dasher crimson accounts are not on there yet - so with that being my only complaint, I had to use my card at the register and got charged 2 ATM fees for doing so. However, Chris was very cool, and bagged my items wonderfully and even blessed me with a cute little coin to grab a beer from a brewing company they also run across the street a little ways away. I would say that my experience was perfect. I didn't feel uncomfortable or like I was bothering anyone with my presence. If anything, they were genuinely concerned about how long my family & I were stuck out there. I will gladly return, & can happily say that I feel like I'm already a part of the KOAN Cannabis family. ❤️ Thank you to every one of you who helped us. You are amazing humans. xo
