Trilogy Wellness of Maryland

I’ve been going here for years and always loved this dispo. Lately, I’ve been disliking my experiences shopping here. I’m a med patient and last time I was there, the budtender charged me tax even after confirming I was med. After the sale went through, she kind of just stood there and shrugged when I said I shouldn’t have paid tax… my bad I guess for not paying attention. The budtenders used to be SO knowledgeable and would recommend you quality product. I would go in all of the time and you’d see the same budtenders and you’d get to know them. Now, I never see a familiar face when I walk in. Also, they don’t seem to know their product and are just pushing some crap quality in-house brands like SunMed. One of the last times I went, the budtender didn’t know the difference between the all-in-one vapes and the carts… I said I wanted a cartridge only and she set me up with an all-in-one that didn’t even have a removable cart. This is the kind of stuff with staff that’s making me go elsewhere when I need to buy. Maybe I gotta go back to Zenleaf. Disappointed because I’ve always liked it here.

Shawn was extremely helpful and efficient when I showed up to pickup a curbside order that never actually went through. He made sure I got the order placed and came back out super quick with everything. I appreciate the above and beyond efforts. Great customer service.

STAN IS THE MAN! Whenever I need a quality recommendation, he doesn't steer me wrong! His long time experience at Trilogy has given him an edge over much of the staff simply due to time and his ability to recall what works well and what doesn't. Atleast he does that for me. Honestly, Trilogy Welness, has been my home dispensery for almost 5 years now. Maybe a tad more. THE reasons? 1. Tons of stock- holy cow, just go look on thier site 2. Service is great - I was there just this morning and Stan remembered who I was and my name even though it's been months since I've had him as my bud tender 3. Great location- Rt 40. Across the street from McDonald's. Makes it easy in and out 4. Curb side service-just like everywhere else. Place your order online, go to Trilogy, let them know you've arrived and wallah, bud tender at your window 5. This is for the medical patients- the med patients get to go ahead of the adult use customers. Its very helpful on a busy day. Thank you Trilogy Staff for always being thier to support me and help me make the best choices for my medical needs.

Was having trouble getting a topical that I found kills my skin cancer. Spoke with Alex and explained to him my problem with in a couple of days he had it resolved and I now have my topical thank you Alex. I enjoy going there everyone is so helpful and nice and they really work with you. I highly recommend this place to anyone

I was greeted by Steph when I pulled up for curbside pickup. She called my name from the across the parking lot and at first I was confused until I looked up and saw who it was. She always greets me by name and is always just so bright and bubbly whenever I see or interact with her when coming to shop. Her customer service skills are top notch!!! I look forward to seeing her every time even though she probably has no idea! 🫶🏽 -AC
