Terrible customer service male manager got into a screaming match with a female customer and continues to escalated the situation. Energy is everything and he appeared to have mishandled that situation. I will say this is not the first time that I’ve seen him have an interaction with a customer. Someone should talk to him about how to handle customers. I will not be making a purchase today because of this and as a woman I am fearful to return to this location. Really sad as I enjoy stopping her to grab my items. Oh well
