Unusually long wait times and unorganized lines and never more than two bud tenders more importantly the teams on all shifts especially night shifts are very uneducated about the product none of the employees know anything about different strains or brands and their effects they completely suck at sales and customer service unlike other dispensaries in the area. I have been to this location countless times and the associates are extremely unfriendly and gave me an open bag of weed that I didn't notice until after I left the front desk associate told me I had to wait in a line of 13 people just to have the issue addressed and the manager did exchange the product because he did in fact open it in the first place the security guard doesn't greet anyone she always has a sad look on her face overweight and all it's genuinely a depressing place to be corporate needs to check on this place as soon and as much as possible it's guaranteed that they will not be here long please take your business elsewhere you will be happier and you will leave with a product that you actually like.

I really like coming here, and for the most have been coming here exclusively. The point system is solid and not annoying. The product is always good. And the customer service, from the front desk to the back, have been super friendly and kind. Ashley and Katy are my favorites when I see them.

Always very clean and bright just like the customer service. I appreciate when I ask specific questions about price levels and process of manufacturing they have an answer. They work as a team to move me quickly and efficiently. I love the location as well. Thanks for all you do for me!

After getting my med card I wanted a place close and this was perfect. I love coming here everyone is sweet and I love chatting with them, especially Kathy she is such a doll. Her red frames stood out to me and ever since then every time we see each other we say hi even if she’s not attending me. It’s so nice going somewhere welcoming and she’s definitely one of the people that encourage me to go, as someone with anxiety it’s very difficult to go places, it’s such a relieve being able to smoothly ride there. Never disappointed when I leave 8)

Quentin was a very knowledgeable and experienced budtender. Gave great recommendations. Friendly and great customer service. Whole staff has been welcoming. Great deals. Sign up for rewards points program. The last chance items are fun. Online ordering is the quickest way even though the other visits here were a breeze time wise.
