This evening I had a great first experience as a new customer i needed to leave a review. This store had everything and I highly recommend if you’re in the baltimore area. I had the opportunity to work with Dennis this evening and he helped me find everything I needed and informed me on things I will be back for in the future! Lemme just say we have always liked Culta, but after going to the new management event this past weekend, we LOVE culta! The staff are so friendly and helpful, everyone was making an effort to be attentive and kind to the customers. The vibes and the customer service were unmatched. What a great experience, we can’t wait to go back (although it might be a while considering the incredible disounts we partook in)! Shoutout to this new management (especially for looping in Ekiben), I hope they’re here to stay!
