Cookies Baltimore Cannabis Dispensary
About Cookies Baltimore Cannabis Dispensary
Set on East Cross Street in Baltimore's Federal Hill neighborhood, this Cookies-branded location pulls in more than 1,200 reviews with a 4.5-star average. The shop carries the recognizable Cookies product line alongside other Maryland-licensed cannabis brands, and reviewers describe an energetic, social atmosphere with staff that's friendly even when the shop gets busy. A budtender named Bella is called out specifically for handling a packed floor with knowledge and patience. Accessibility is a real strength too — the location accommodates wheelchair users and a blind reviewer praised staff for thoroughly describing products. Hours are generous at 9 AM to 11 PM every day of the week. Parking, however, is a common complaint given the Federal Hill location, so expect to walk a block or two depending on the time of day. For shoppers loyal to the Cookies brand or curious about its lineup of flower and edibles, this is the Baltimore destination.

Was trying something new. I appreciate knowledgeable staff. Michael recommended I use warm liquids instead of cold; I’m glad I listened. Yay for Pink Fox👍🏿
One of the worst dispensary trips I made no parking literally no parking. But the employees was cool as hell dope atmosphere I give them that. The flower was horrible tho I got some Gelato X Red Pop was trying something new omg that flower was so garbage the flower was as hard as a rock it taste like Reggie pure grade A trash the vape I got was decent. I wouldn’t recommend this dispensary to anyone the friends that came with me was disappointed this place is not legit what so ever! Cool people that work there tho :)
I appreciate everyone here I am totally blind and everyone here describes everything that's going on with another not afraid to read descriptions or anything like that. This place is also accessible for wheelchairs as well. Keep up the great work don't let anybody get you down you are all worth it, you all make a difference.
Fantastic atmosphere and great service from Luke. The potato leek soup was delicious. Fish and chips is solid and my wife really enjoyed her pear cider. I would suggest that the fish and chips and shepherds pie had more seasoning but the flavor was good.
Bella was amazing 🔥. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and was managing her ass off 😎 . The rest of the staff was friendly and fun as well. The reason behind my 2 star rating is because they were severely understaffed. HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES!! It's bad business. Understaffing to save money is an absurd biz practice. It's irrational. You are losing money by not putting more in place. . This is to whomever is managing this store. Trust me I know this because im a HR Executive and could see the hold up was not the fault of the employees present they did great considering 😊
