Trulieve West Palm Beach Okeechobee Dispensary

Jason and Christine has been an amazing help they truly know their stuff they have made me feel so comfortable like a second home

I’ve tried to give this dispensary the benefit of the doubt, but my experience today was unacceptable. There is a young female employee there who is consistently rude every time I go in. I’ve noticed the attitude on multiple visits, but today crossed the line. I arrived before their posted closing time, yet as I opened the door, she was standing there telling me they were “about to close.” She positioned herself in front of the entrance and stood there looking at her phone, as if she was asking someone whether I could come in. After about a minute of making me wait at the door, she said, “I have to lock the door.” This is a horrible way to treat patients, especially when we make the effort to arrive prior to closing. This is a business that provides medication to individuals who rely on it. To deny someone access to their medication because staff want to leave early is unacceptable. Patients deserve professionalism, courtesy, and access during the hours that are posted. I sincerely hope management addresses both the repeated rude behavior and the way this situation was handled.

We drive farther than we need to come to this dispensary because all of the employees here are very kind and treat you like family. Henry and Karen have outstanding customer service skills and are very kind and welcoming. This dispensary honestly has the best customer service and the store is very clean compared to other dispensaries. 10/10!

What's not to like ? Whenever I need help with anything the staff ( especially Christine ) is always willing to help. I had issues renewing my card and she assisted me on the computer. I especially like this Trulieve more than the others. They also have the finest Flower and for the best prices. I recommend them to everyone.
