01/20/2026 -Mr. Ruben and Ms. Ilyse, were both great, helpful, efficient, patient, knowledgeable, and friendly, very inviting 😀. I appreciate the customer service given by them both. 1/25/2026 Returned today, Pati served me at the entrance, she was also pleasant and friendly, however, the gentleman that cashed me out, was rude and was rushing me out the store. There was about 15 minutes before end of day, I asked if he can mark the product (sleepy and upper) for me and he refused, said they don't do that.
JD and Ruben were amazing they took great care of me and I was very satisfied with the service

Specifically the West Palm Beach location on Okeechobee blvd is so CLEAN & ORGANIZED and smells absolutely great. They had yhe BEST customer service. I was helped by Ruben (mightve spelled it wrong 🤣) who was absolutely great HES ONLY BEEN THERE 3 WEEKS but you would never had know ! He made sure I had everything I was looking for quickly & efficiently. The other woman behind the counter who was helping was awesome she made training and customer servicing simultaneously a breeze.
