Extremely friendly, very clean, quiet, super professional very Knowledgeable on the Strain of flower helped me out and gave me a discount. I walked in, not knowing what I wanted, and I walked out with everything and they even introduced me to an oil, which is amazing. Love it totally recommend it as well. It’s not only do you have to buy flour but you can also buy oil and other stuff. The sales rep was amazing. Really good. I was in and out in no time with all of what I bought.
This place needs to be investigated! These people over charge your debit cards and are getting over on hard working people! I will never come back again. The black guy with dreads rounded my total up to something higher saying that what he has to do with debit and then charged $8 on the machine!! DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Great location. The people are very nice and professional. The manager 'Evan' is super cool. Hardly ever a wait. Very quick. I only go here. I can't say enough good things about this location.
I don’t mean to be rude but not only did everything take long at the register I specifically said I did not want any trulieve flower I wanted modern flower, the modern flower eights and trulieve eights were both 15$ I told her I don’t like trulieve eights. I’ve been vaping dry herb flower in a conventional non combustion since I started using the device when it was released over a decade ago. I pay close attention to taste from start to finish and although the vapor production of this flower is excellent like a fine cigar vs a cheap cigar you will notice a difference in taste depending on what part of your cigar your on. This is not a please vapor at the end. Definitely will be checking next time what stores I go to in the area 👀👎
I wanted to share my fabulous, phenomenal experience today that I had at Trulieve’s West Palm Beach Location with the associate name Cheyenne, she was incredibly helpful, resilient and patient as I made my selections. She was kind, understanding and extremely knowledgeable on products and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this location and their associates. This location has some of the best customer service and patient centered care offered in Palm Beach
