This was my first visit to MUV cannabis dispensary. Gabriel was welcoming, cordial, pleasant, very helpful, knowledgeable. I walked in without having placed an order and explained my issues. He couldn’t have been more patient in accommodating my needs and helping me choose the products that would help me. I really liked this place and will definitely be back soon. 12/13/25 I was helped by Kameron during my 2nd visit today. He was lovely and super helpful. This time I had submitted an order ahead of time but had questions about other products and wanted to add edibles. Kameron helped me get what I needed. 2/25/2026 I was again helped by Kameron today. He was again super helpful and cordial. It’s a pleasure getting my medical cannabis products at MUV.
MÜV in Tamarac on University has exceptional customer service and such a welcoming, friendly atmosphere. Every staff member is kind, patient, and genuinely happy to help, which makes the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. Kameron is absolutely amazing—extremely knowledgeable about the products and great at explaining options in a way that actually makes sense. You can tell he truly cares about helping customers find what works best for them. Because of the outstanding service and expertise here, this location is easily one of my favorites. Highly recommend! 🌿
Manager tried to gaslight me and say there isn’t resin goo crusted on the edge there, I opened it in parking lot right after getting it and walked right back in and first guy acknowledge the goo but manager pretended he didn’t see it and that i caused it with my finger nail lol pathetic. Best part he told me to come back if somethings wrong with it later on
First time here - Michael was great. He took the time to steer me in the right direction and find everything that I was looking for. The place is very clean and I felt very safe here. The prices are great. I’ll definitely be a return customer.
Hands down the best dispo experience i have ever had staff there was super friendly and were very helpful, Gabriel was my budtender and he was super on point and helpful, The overall atmosphere of the store was really nice they had plenty of stuff laid out and if you had any additional questions they would not hesitate to answer them for you. Will definitely be coming back for more products
