Staff was super helpful for a newcomer. Really informative. Don't know her name. But I hope I get her every time.
I’m writing this review out of concern for someone I personally know who was involved in a serious incident at this Trulieve location today. During their visit, another customer physically confronted them, creating a situation that became unsafe inside the store. What was especially troubling was the lack of timely and effective response from staff. The situation was not properly de-escalated, and the individual I know did not feel protected in what is supposed to be a regulated medical environment. This is a medical dispensary, and patients should be able to expect professionalism, safety, and staff who are trained to handle incidents involving customer aggression. Unfortunately, that standard was not met. I hope Trulieve takes this seriously and reviews what happened, including staff response and safety procedures, to ensure this does not happen to anyone else.
Staff is very knowledgeable. They keep improving the store every time I come in. Keep up the hard work!
This is the main Trulueve I frequent and I've never had anything less than great service and quality. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and operations run smooth despite obvious regulations that are probably conpany or medically mandated, but they work hard and do a great job!! Tip your bud tenders!!!
I've been shopping here for years. After trying all the dispensaries I decided this place was the best fit for me. The product is incredible and it's an easy process. The faces have changed over the years. But I still have Bre,Holly,and Candy to take excellent care of me. Tyvm for always being so nice.
