Lotus was exactly the calm, cool and collected energy that I needed during a very traumatic event in my life. i have always said that, how you treat people is extremely important because you dont know what they are going through and Lotus truly exersized that. Not only were they so personal but also extremely informative and patient with me as im relatively new to the scene. The store was clean, well organized and well informed. There are some people you meet in life who quietly lift the energy of a room just by being themselves. Matt at Sunnyside is one of those people. Every time I come into the dispensary and our paths cross, I leave feeling lighter than when I walked in. I’m not even sure he realizes the impact he has, but there’s something about his presence that genuinely feels uplifting on a spiritual level. Of course, he’s incredibly knowledgeable and always helpful when it comes to the products, but what stands out even more is the way he treats people. You can tell he truly cares about the human being standing in front of him, not just the transaction. People like Matt make a difference in ways they may never fully see. I’m grateful every time I walk in and he’s there.

Christian, Matthew, & Lotus have ALWAYS been freakin AWESOME!! I love coming in to see how everyone is doing, find products that are good for what I need them for, as well as learn something new in regards to new products and any sales going on. I seriously look forward to walking into this store everytime because I am always welcomed with a smile by each and every one of the staff here. There’s so many things going on in the world to bring us down these days and when I walk out of this store, I seem to forget that I was carrying some of that weight. Thank you guys for bringing that positive energy to work with you! You each make more of a difference than you may be aware of. Keep safe. Stay grounded. We’re all together in this one. I had such a great experience visiting Sunnyside recently. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was welcoming and relaxed. The atmosphere was upbeat, the store was clean and organized, and the music playing in the background set the perfect tone, good energy without being overwhelming. What really made the visit stand out was Xavier. He provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. He greeted me with a genuine smile, had a positive attitude the entire time, and made sure I felt comfortable asking questions. Xavier was knowledgeable, patient, and never rushed the process. You could tell he truly enjoys helping people and takes pride in what he does. Between the great music, the friendly environment, and Xavier’s outstanding service, Sunnyside made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back and I hope Xavier is there next time!

This was my first visit to Sunnyside. I'm so happy I decided to give them a try. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Xavier. He gave me a tour of the bud bar and was able to share information about their strains. Brandon was also very helpful, recommending a variety of flower and edibles. I honestly felt like a celebrity. I've never had this first-time experience at any other dispensary! Top-notch service and sales! Thanks, guys! You really made this an experience for me. See you soon!
