FLUENT Cannabis Dispensary - St. Petersburg

Customer service is above and beyond. All reps and I’ve been ordering here for a year. Discounts and bonus tiers are amazing. There are so many dispensaries in the area but I stick to Fluent for all of the above.

Kenodrick & April was super friendly . We actually had to come bk me n my partners card had expired and we came bk got the 1st time 60% off plus 2nd visit same deal. They helped us and we got a free 1/8. We will most def.come back.

Fluent does not know anything about customer service they just change your point system to screw over there devoted customers. They took my $80 worth of points and turned it into $20 worth of points I guess they're not aware of all the competition and that they need us more than we need them this company knows nothing about customer service keep changing your policies your buildings empty most of the time . My money spends anywhere else but here. I've been a good customer for 3 years I will not be returning until they figure out how to provide customer service at fluent

Keondrick & Marielle deserve a raise. I always get what I’m looking for here, fast service, good prices and inventory. But about a month ago while I was at the counter paying for my order a man rushed into the store skipping past check in. He was headed to the back of the store very fast, ignoring Marielle who was asking him to check in. Within 5 seconds Keondrick stopped the man and asked him to check in. The man became extremely aggressive and was cussing. Keondrick personally escorted him out of the store. The whole event lasted less than 30 seconds. Marielle escorted me to my car to be safe afterwards. In this day and age people don’t go out of their way for others. Keondrick kept us all safe and handled the situation calmly but assertively, and went back to work like nothing happened. Marielle is always so kind and helpful, and told me she was seconds away from pulling me behind the register for safety. It’s rare to meet people who care at their jobs these days. Keep up the good work!

Great service from Pedro! He kept me from getting something that wasnt right for me and set me up to ensure my needs were met. Can't wait to sleep like a baby. Really appreciate him taking the time to walk me through all the options.
