I have always had good experience in this shop but you know there's always gotta be that one stiffler with a ego and his customer service sucks very rude I went to grab some discounted prerolls as I always do when they have them I was also getting gels go to grab 3 and get told there's rules can only get per $15 spent I've never been told that so I tell him I was there the day before and got 3 which I did spend 40 which is not 45 if you do the math not hard and he looks right at me and says no you didn't I was here looked right at me a in lehman's terms, it calls me a liar then looks it up and sees that I was there not one bit of an apology whatsoever then has the balls to ask who did it and says there not suppose to do that first of that is the dumbest the thing I could ever think of to try to get an employee in trouble for. Second, we're stoners. We're coming in there, laid back to get our medication and go home. Not stir up trouble. Need to work on customer service.

Tried to use first time patient discount twice. Both times refused. Basically if you’re trying to use first time discount you pay absolutely full price to begin with, then you get discount. Other dispensaries are less expensive.
Helpful friendly staff , they take time to explain everything . I love the 1:1 all my questions get answered with compassion & understanding , they also ask questions to help get you the best products available.
