Green Dragon Dispensary North Fort Myers

This dispensary and location is by far the best experiences I've had. I have only run into one issue and that happened lastnight. Staff members Roodly and Sydney (sp? right name? sorry!) went above and beyond to make sure I left a happy customer. They always have really good deals as well!

Roo is hands-down the best. Roo actually listens to what you’re looking for, explains the options clearly, and makes the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. Super knowledgeable, welcoming, and never pushy. If Roo’s working, you’re in great hands — definitely ask for Roo.

Sydney was so helpful and kind! She let me know that if I completed this review, I could have a free pre roll! Love that. Green Dragon is practically giving away their products with these sales! Thanks Sydney, you’re a queen!

came in right before close and was turned away even though it says their business is open till 8 PM. I will be complaining to a manager. EDIT: Manager never reached out. Got into it again with Kayla the “assist manager”. Pre ordered my items. Went to check out and her and all the employees were chatting. The guy who was checking me out wasn’t paying attention and said he got logged out before he could see if my payment went through. Kayla said I’d have to pay for my items even though I already paid for them. I told her I would not being doing that. She copped and attitude and refused to look up my receipt or even help me beyond that even though the guy checking me out told her he wasn’t paying attention. Not sure what scam she is running but I def would not do business with these people contacted Cape coral management and hoping to hear from a district or area manger. Guessing that’s not going to happen seeing as how a manager never contacting me about the first issue even though they said they would. Horrible business practices.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 Stopped by Green Dragon for the first time today and had a great experience. The staff were super friendly and helpful — they took the time to walk me through their selection and helped me pick out some pre-rolls, carts, and flower. Everything was reasonably priced and the quality has been excellent so far. The store itself is really clean and welcoming, with an easygoing vibe that makes you feel comfortable even if it’s your first visit. You can tell they actually care about their customers and know their products well. Overall, I left really happy with what I got and the service I received. I’ll definitely be back for more soon!
