Trulieve Lake City Dispensary

Was treated like I was rude and unreasonable the second it became clear I was never emailed to tell me my order was ready. I don't know why, someone probably forgot to push the button, but it was made very clear that nobody cared about the mistake and I could just go anywhere else if I wanted to ask about it. So yeah off to a great start being treated like a liar the second I talk to an associate. Gainesville's not that far away. I don't need to give my money to people who treat *asking* if there's been some mistake like a personal attack. The associate was sullen and rude and acted like I was unreasonable. Like he borderline would fight me for asking a question about not getting an email my order is ready. Gainesville!

Trulieve has decent deals at times. But today took me 45 minutes just to get called back. Crazy wait times at 2pm in the afternoon.

Great Dispensary and Amazing staff. i always walk out happy. Everyone who works there is so nice and helps answer any questions I have. I can't speak enough good things about the Lake City. FL location!

Sometimes they have good deals but wow that wait and the lie about wait time. I'm always waiting more than 30min even with just picking up an order that is "ready" with my last visit the wait time on screen said 7 min... It took 35 min to be called 😐 The "bud tenders" here act kinda snotty and like they don't wanna take customers. Sometimes they just chat to each other and avoid the waiting room altogether.

I'm a frequent shopper at trulyb.I've never been to this exact location.This is my first time, and upon walking in everyone seemed, you know, very quiet into themselves.But the manager had to come out to give me my five dollar discount, and I complimented her on a tattoo that she had on her arm.That was showing, and she gave me an attitude about how it was celtic and I just feel like its Not really the customer service I was expecting.Maybe new management would be appropriate. To not scare off customes ....
