Rachel was so great ! Very knowledgable !! Answered every question with ease and grace... made my first visit awesome ! Ita definitely a different process from other states but its super easy..and the deals are wonderful.. any question i had, she had an answer. My type of girl !! Thank you Rachel for your help and your suggestions ! Id give her a 10 if I could :)

What amazing customer service. Deals are of course important... But I will pay for a good experience! The chat functions and the website have been a WHOLLY positive experience. I didn't wait longer than 5 seconds and was chatting with a REAL PERSON who was VERY HELPFUL, explained in great detail, even offered to do it all themselves, just performing everything to a tee. YOU HAVE SOME GOOD EMPLOYEES THERE, TREAT THEM WELL! I do not shop anywhere at all that is replacing people with chatbots. I hope corporate dials that ai chatbot down to almost non-existant, other than for screening... and focuses on real employees I look forward to MUV offering more competitive prices for vapes as i continue to shop with them for everything else!

Jessica was and is awesome . Apparently You guys didn’t have enough product to fill my order she found that kind of odd. She took the time and found every single thing I needed and more. Any one else probably would’ve let me walk out with half of my order .. but not Jessica . Again she was super cool. Great customer service .. let me add this as well I walked in 2 mins before closing and she treated us the same way.

I needed RSO to make my gummy’s and I had ordered the wrong product so the girl that helped me was so helpful in helping me pick out new ones that would work. She was amazing. Peaches and cream vapes buy one get one free Lotion and gel same price and 2 1/8’s of cherry on top for the same deal. Great visit! 12/2/25 Stopped in to Lake City location for edibles and was helped out by two wonderful young men. I always appreciate the pleasant conversation and helpfulness of the staff here. I have spent quite a bit of money at Muv and have had nothing but problems since day 1 I bought a dart vape and they didn’t have a battery in stock and wouldn’t told me sorry but I can’t take it back… so I have $25 worth of useless product and haven’t been able to purchase a battery since! Then I purchased some flower that literally turned to dust when I touched it… still no help whatsoever… except I’m sorry about that. Money is too hard to come by nowadays to get this type of service! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone 👎 So I would like to report that Muv made this right and I will continue to be a customer thanks for caring…….. 🤦‍♀️well here we are again having to call out MUV they have gotten me twice now they will say anything to get you to change your review and then don’t stand by what they promised!
