Good product, but the staff isn't so friendly. New to the area, and came here for some buzz. The bartender had very minimal words, didn't appear to be happy. He also wasn't very thankful for leaving a few bucks in tip jar. When someone leaves you a tip, it's customary to say thank you. Big boy there doesnt seem like he fits the vibe check at this location.

Absolutely 💯 ridiculous. I always do an express order and I never get treated as an express. There were 6 walk in and 2 pickups and 2 express. Y would yall take the walking before the people who put in orders so as not to wait so long...just to be waiting longer than should have been. Also went out of order. Took 3 people that walked in AFTER ME AND THEY WERE WALKINS. Totally unacceptable. Express means just that's express....doesn't matter how ma y people r waiting. Supposed to take the express orders before walk ins. What is the point in making an order online and check in before entering the building? Make it make sense to me please

So slow North Fort myers is 10x faster. Line was out the door before people left and over 12 people waiting in chairs. Haven't called anyone back in 10 minutes.
