Cookies Fort Myers Dispensary
About Cookies Fort Myers Dispensary
Located off Interstate Commerce Drive in southeast Fort Myers, this Cookies-branded medical cannabis store has built a 4.9-star reputation across 312 reviews. Patients consistently call out budtenders Austin, Nikki, and Dorian for product knowledge and a welcoming attitude, and manager Elie gets named directly in customer praise for setting the tone on the floor. Hours run 9 AM to 9 PM Monday through Saturday and 10 AM to 8 PM Sunday, giving working patients flexibility around shift schedules and after-work stops. The location sits near Southwest Florida International Airport, making it convenient for visiting cardholders flying in. Reviews emphasize a cohesive team and a personable shopping experience rather than warehouse-style transactions, which sets it apart from larger chain locations nearby. Expect Cookies' signature flower lineup alongside the standard Florida medical menu of concentrates, vapes, edibles, and pre-rolls. The store handles both first-time patients and regulars without the impersonal pace that can show up at higher-volume corridors. Active Florida medical marijuana cardholders only, with standard state-mandated check-in at the front desk.

Dorian is the best budtender there. Very personable, has great product knowledge, and delivered the best customer experience I’ve had so far. Keep him around!!!
Austin is by far the best budtender i’ve ever had. Super knowledgeable and friendly, definitely a key member to the cookies team !! Lead by a super personable and professional manager, Elie. She’s so sweet, I look forward to seeing them whenever i shop!
Delightful staff! Definitely a great place to stop by if you have your medical card. I think it's number one for indoor flowers. And now I'm hooked on their new distillate cartridges. They finally started carrying them in full gram. I hope they open more locations. It's a far drive but it's worth it.
Austin at the fort myers location on Alico rd, has yet again been such an awesome budtender! He always has a smile on his face and is super friendly!!! All the staff here is fantastic but he always goes above and beyond!!!! Wish I could rate him and the store a 10 star!!!!
Nikki at Cookies in ft myers made my day! Other than her efficiency with helping me choose what I needed, she radiated joy, beauty and kindness & this world needs more people like her. Her and the entire team working today 1/2/2026 were all smiling, kind, helpful, and patient. Wonderful staff. They deserve a treat! And a raise! 🩷
