Surterra Wellness - Medical Marijuana Dispensary | Fort Myers

I’m new to all this, and Surterra on Mcgregor has made the introduction easy! Diane helped me on my first visit and was so patient when I had a thousand questions. (It also helped that she reminds me so much of my daughter! ) The product was just what I needed. I will definitely be back!

Rich is a great dude very knowledgeable and very helpful. Every time I deal with him he's very respectful and he knows what he's doing and he can give you great combinations on how to treat whatever it is that is bothering you. My personal favorite purple punch is my go-to. And thanks to him I found it to be very helpful. As far as everybody else who works in the store I can't say anything else different than what I said about rich everybody there is very professional I'm very friendly on the personal level and make you feel comfortable. Thank you guys for everything that you do.

Charlie deserves all the 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s. Charlie has been taking care of us for a long time & has consistently delivered top tier Customer Service . He’s a foundational part of the staff @ Fort Myers center . For the last few years he’s been taking care of us & he has never failed to make sure we were always taken care of no matter what. He’s a very genuine , smart young man who deserves recognition. As local business owners, we can only hope the corporation that hired Charlie knows how much he brings to the table . It’s a guaranteed positive experience . We would hire him without a doubt!

Surterra, in south Fort Myers is a great place to shop. It was only my third visit here and I wouldn't go anywhere else. On 1/27/26 Richard & Liz were behind the counter. They were both knowledgeable about there products however, Richard was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer any and all questions I had and then some. Its a pleasure shopping here and absolutely NO negative vibes! My only issue, after all the help that Richard & Liz gave me, there professionalism and educating me, I wasn't allowed to tip them and feel this is unfair!

I had an awesome experience at Surterra recently! The staff was super friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Shoutout to Jake—he was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything without rushing. He helped me find the perfect products for my needs, answered all my questions in detail, and made the whole process easy and informative.
