Planet 13 Neighborhood Dispensary Daytona Beach

Went in for the first time today and this place was epic! I wanted to wait till I could try out the products before reviewing, and man am I impressed. The team was very knowledgeable and definitely got yall a customer huge shoutout to jude? Probably butchered that and Patrick chill dudes great environment 10/10

I have been to a few dispensaries in the Volusia county area . Emily and the whole staff make you feel important and valued as a customer when you come to this location of Planet 13. The office is always clean always someone attending to you quickly . The selections are always great and the deals are nice surprise when you walk in . The quality and price are both a 10/10 for me along with the friendly staff ! I have not had to go to another dispensary since coming here summer of 2025! This is my dispensary and I love to come here . Give them a shot and you won’t be disappointed - La Gringa

Place is clean & modern. Staff is friendly. Usually plenty of people working there so almost never a wait. Cheap cheap cheap. But the flower quality is poor. Over dried/viciously keef screened. (I would guess THC % is tested before keef screening as well) Often times the bags of flower are full of air, adding to the staleness & flavorlessness of the flower. I mainly use this dispensary to get my edibles now and get better flower at a slightly higher price elsewhere.

Usually this is my favorite dispensary especially because I'm from the west and I was told that people from the West own this particular dispensary. Literally I had to deal with poor customer service today and I don't know if it was poor customer service or racism. The thing is I had an issue with my bank card I was trying to take care of that matter and because the personnel who was helping me became impatient even after I told her what I needed to do and then what she suggested that I do was to take my credit and my credit would only allow me to buy 1 1/8 instead of the 4 that I was going to buying I felt it was very inconsiderate and inpatient and it made me feel like she thought I didn't have the money to buy my product/medicine after I told the young lady what I was doing and then to make insult to injury when she said she was sorry I accepted her apology but then she thought she was doing me a favor for apologizing to me literally if she did not want me to sit in the room I could have went into the lobby like I did to adjust the account so that it was on the right card. The sad part about the agent who helped me she doesn't understand that she came off shallow rude, inconsiderate, and impatient. I don't expect for anybody to kiss my tail when I'm spending my money but I do appreciate to be treated with respect as I treat others with respect. Overall she just really had a salty attitude about everything she was the one who made the mistake but at the end of the day I'm still the person purchasing the product

This is by far the best dispensary I’ve shopped at! So grateful for wisdom Wednesdays. Staff is always friendly and helpful with answering all my questions! Highly recommend!!
