Curaleaf Dispensary Daytona

I was greeted as soon as I walked with a smile and a hello by Kaila. She made sure I got all my discounts and she knew her stuff! Great experience I will be back!!

Every time I go in CuraLeaf Daytona, Kaile greets me by name and has my order already in her hand. Always a big smile and genuine friendliness. On top of that, all the customer service people are very professional and knowledgeable. Best of all the products are stellar and the music in the lobby is groovy!

I came in today for an order that I already placed online and that was ready for pickup. I watched an associate greet me while she was vacuuming an area rug that was right by the front door and went to the counter to tell the other associates to get my order ready and then continue to finish vacuuming. She then went back to the counter as if she was going to put a drawer in and to call me up just to walk back off. The other associates took about 12 minutes with the customers that they already had so I was standing there the whole time. Nobody helped me until they left and then the associate had to go back to the back to get my order. Mind you, the lady that greeted me should have had my bag at the front ready for me to grab when it was my turn but for some reason she did not. I usually like this place but I do not have the patience nor the time to stand around for 20 minutes for an order that I already placed. The lady that greeted me should have checked me out seeing that the other customers were busy. This store has poor customer service and it was the worst experience that I've had at any dispensary in Daytona Beach.

I really like their products but for some reason this time I got a new cartridge & after probably like taking 8 hits throughout the day & small hits like for 3 seconds the wax from the cartridge starting coming out the mouth piece I was some what upset cause of course no one likes wax in there mouth but i had finish it cause i wasn’t going to just throw it away even though i wanted to cause of the wax coming out every time i hit it. I just hope this doesn’t happen again

Oh my goodness where do I begin? I had the most amazing experience today at this location.! Right away when I walked in, I was immediately greeted by the just coolest, most knowledgeable staff with a relaxed, laid-back calming environment, which is super important to me because I have a lot of anxiety and ADHD! I very much so appreciated that Em took the time with me and gave me recommendations she was super personable and really knew her stuff! A gentleman who was super friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to tell me how much they appreciate that I came in and I can either order online or I can come in and have someone take the time with me to pick things out or he even said if I needed to just talk about different strains and how they react with me on a personal level and to journal the different ingredients and how they made me feel! I was just super impressed. Totally recommend this Curaleaf! Honestly, they’re one of the best dispensaries I’ve been to around Daytona and Palm Coast ! I just was really wowed!
