First time visiting today and as soon as I walked in Diomi greeted me warmly and instantly began helping me. Since I am new he had to set up my profile and at that time Zavion showed me how to work the tablet to find the products I may want. Both men were very egar to answer any questions I had and made it a very pleasant experience. Diomi got my profile set up in record time and with the teamwork of Zavion I was out of there in no time. I will start with to my best friends dismay... they have a strict 7-day policy.. so although I had counted it his waist they may have given me a portion of what I paid back if I would have come back.. But maybe not the manager was very nasty and she almost implied that I wanted something from her..... She kept saying well what chu want me to do here .. before and after telling me the 7-day policy I was polite. I explained my situation and that my friend had great faith in them. And I obviously it won't work out. And she again says well what you want me to do here I mean I was saying thank you for giving me the information? I mean.. just wow. I literally walked out with my two baggies that were all of waste... And after her being so nasty I don't want them to even throw away at my house I just turned around went back in and set it on the counter because who knows maybe one of them will smoke it because I sure can't.. It makes me cough up gray.... I say just straight up don't go here. I can tell you they did not look concerned nor surprised. if you like Sunnyside or one plant, this is your spot! meds taste like a sterile environment....which sounds like a good thing, but think that taste the air in nurses office gives you . . like antimicrobial spray... not great and you can't just return medicine for a refund (because I don't want another item. even the THC gummy gels have an after taste) But it's medicine and who says I should like the administration of it? well I can say I have been coughing out grey specks (eeewwww) No issues like that at curaleaf, trulieve or AYR. ... They do have a $25 off $50 for your birthday 🎂 so u can get robbed like I did! I say don't go. but as mentioned, if u enjoy that ... well u can get it here!

The Vuber Pulse battery they sell is the absolute best on the market, they have adorable tiny AIO as well that are super discrete. Rhonda is positively delightful, kind and knowledgeable. The vibes are just as they should be!!

Fluent Dispensary, WOW, IMPRESSIVE, CLEAN, especially the bathroom, those orange things smell so good. The customer service is exceptional, management always servicing with a smile and JOLLY attitude. Thank you to the Connescours who helped me tonight, always so friendly, personable, her eyeshadow and make up always fun. The quality of products are better than competitors, locally. The employee knowledge is wonderful. Their knowledge and recommendations on strains, etc. thumbs up to staff. There have been a few occasions with Fluent staff members that have been VERY disappointing of what attitudes and customer service in retail should live up to. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND pulling these staff aside and providing more specialize training to each ones understanding of the service that is expected of them under your SOP's. Other than that, great job Fluent, CLEARWATER, FLORIDA!
