Sanctuary Cannabis in Clearwater has an incredible team. Felicity and Victoria went above and beyond to provide thoughtful, compassionate service. They were extremely knowledgeable and offered great medical advice tailored to my needs. I never felt rushed and truly felt cared for. This is how patient care should be thank you both!

I picked up the jungle grapes signature flower, and it’s amazing highly recommend. I do however think your customer service needs improvement. Online it states there’s a 5% industry discount; ive used this discount before here. For some reason when I came in today the manager on duty said that’s only on Tuesday's; but that’s not what the website says? When I said oh that’s weird I just used the discount here, the manager asked who helped me, I said I wasn’t going to get someone in trouble? And he replied with it’s ok we have cameras….what? So off putting and weird. I’m in the industry and I wouldn’t treat a patient like that. Especially over a 5% discount they’re entitled to, via your own companyś promotions. I was also going to add an edible to my order but decided not to because of the whole thing. Flower again was great though!

Wonderful experience both times. Served by the same person. Her name is Felicity and she is a true professional. She answered all my questions and made me feel good about my perchase. Wonderful place to shop if you're on a budget or on a disability income. Highly recommend... Go see for yourself !

I would love to personally shot out Layne and his amazing, outstanding, caring and attentive service. I've been a patient for almost a year now and I think this would be in the top of the list when it comes to service, quality and overall cleanliness and vibe of the store, it's a beautiful store with various informative signs and very helpful staff members. Before I was attended I noticed another patient talking and loving his experience as well just letting me know this store is just where we need to shop at, I can't recommend it more it's not even the closest one to my one but I will for sure make the drive for this kind of service!
