This place is nicely laid out and have friendly employees, but the thing that bothers me is that I spend 18-27 mins inside of here and I'm the only person in line. The having to wait with no one at the counter feels eerie and uncomfortable, this is at I make my selection on the tablet. Last two visits I'm just waiting at the counter for endless minutes. So much that I had time to leave this review, check my email, and address my missed calls. Please can this be fixed. Jungle Boys is a good example of how it can be done differently. Have a great day.
Kristen was amazing, from the moment I walked in she was extremely friendly and helpful. She helped me choose which product I wanted by explaining what the differences between items are, and how to tell the concentration/ strength. I can tell that she is very a very knowledgeable gal and if any manager is reading this consider giving her a promotion. Thank you
