The young man in front of the store, I think his name was Demari, was phenomenal! He was super informative with everything and answered all of my questions and I didn’t feel rushed in my process. I definitely recommend this location and it’s neat and clean!

After 2020 it seems like many people abandoned acting with humanity and customer service seems to have taken on an uber like model that serves in name only. It is refreshing when the rare encounter, like a shooting star, occurs like the Curaleaf shining star and Superhero Greg who exudes professional corporate star quality. He not only represents Curaleaf in the most professional and outstanding way, he provides the customer with a customer service experience that should be the delivery model of customer service for all corporations in the world. When a customer's confidence, trust and positive interaction with one employee is boosted or restored, that results in positive outcomes for the customer, employee and corporation and that is win win for everyone. I greatly appreciate Greg's commitment in providing Excellent ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐customer service and giving me the confidence that I can get what I need without worry and angst. Delivery experience is new for me in the context of relying solely on everything being delivered. When people like Greg demonstrate they care about other people and doing a great job representing their company, like Curaleaf, it is like GOLD for those that are reliant on people for services and I can only say there should be more Gregs in the world. This is a long review for Curaleaf and for Mr. Greg, Representative of Curaleaf, because of the excellent customer service provided by Greg and provided by all the Curaleaf Team Members that took my call and assisted me in making sure my first delivery went smooth. I was pleasantly surprised by the many deeply discounted prices on a wide variety of products. Once I placed my order, setting up for delivery was a breeze. To top it all off, my delivery was handled by Greg, who exceeded all my expectations. He was easy-going, approachable, and incredibly knowledgeable about the products. Greg is hands-down the best delivery driver I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with! He’s always friendly and genuinely brightens my day every time he drops off an order.
