Trulieve Boynton Beach Dispensary

Absolutely horrific experience. I came in just before closing to pick up my medication and simply picked up an iPad to look at the menu — something any reasonable customer would assume is allowed. Instead, I was harassed, threatened, and aggressively confronted multiple times by the manager on duty. I hadn’t been to this Trulieve in months and had no idea the iPad was “off limits.” Rather than calmly explaining that, the manager chose intimidation and hostility. The way I was treated was completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and felt blatantly racist and discriminatory. No customer should ever feel unsafe or targeted in a medical dispensary, especially over something so minor and easily explainable. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had, and I will not be returning. If this is how management behaves, I seriously question the values and training of this location. Do better — because this was shameful.

Out of all their stores this is the one I would go to. Very seldom out of anything. Little wait time if any. Order on line and go pick up very quick!

I have personally been coming back to this location for the past 3 years, from the variety of products, rewards program that actually works, and a great staff . You have my business!

Customer service is absolutely incredible...From being checked in the receptionist (sorry I didn't get your name but you're incredible and super sweet, thank you) to Julian and Tyler who made my first Trulieve experience Amazing!!! Today Janet went above and beyond to find exactly what I needed/wanted. Super helpful and knowledgeable staff!! I will never shop anywhere else!!! Thank you all so much!!! 💚😎

...They have the best and largest variety of products in Florida at the best prices, Period. Check their online store. I've shopped at nearly every dispensary (by name) in the state and they are hands down, the finest. They have great discounts for veterans, patients with lower incomes and also throw a lot of sales. If you shop smartly, they are definitely the place to go. If you live too far away to drive to your nearest dispensary, for a $25 fee they will deliver to nearly anywhere in the state. And as an added bonus, the staff is phenomenal. Go to any Trulieve location or have it delivered, you won't be disappointed.
